Even with sound blocking headphones my friend could here a screech on the fans of his EVGA acx cooler. This thing is the champ of p gaming. Cooling: When they say the cooling works well on this card, they mean it; even under full load and with moderate overclocking, my card doesn't even reach 70 degrees Celsius, even after hours of gaming, so i never even have to worry about hitting any temperature limits. My Hi CPU cooler and my HDD end up being the only things in my build that are loud Design; this card has a nice red and black color scheme that goes with my case and leds, and the backplate on the card keeps the inside of my PC looking sleek, as well as keeping the card sturdy.
Cons: Price: i got mine a month and a half ago, before the price-drop :p I don't regret it though. The new price is more reasonable for the performance you'll get, especially with the free games. I'm not sure if it's a con, but I've only been able to do moderate overclocking.
